Everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and empowered during their pregnancy, birthing, and postpartum journey. As your certified full spectrum birth doula, I am here to support you and your family in having the birth and postpartum experience that you deserve.
My Approach & Philosophy
As your birth doula, I am here to help you find the confidence and inner strength to achieve the birth you want - whatever that may look like for you. I support all kinds of births. Navigating the health care system can be challenging and I will be a fierce advocate for you. I make sure all my clients understand their options, the benefits and risks to them, and how to think through important decisions. We will practice hands-on comfort measures together. Whether you are birthing in a hospital or your home, I am here to support you and your family. Your care and comfort measures will be personalized for you. I bring the feeling of the comfort of an old friend combined with the reassurance of my evidence-based knowledge to help you be prepared. I am here to be your steadfast presence in one of the most vulnerable, joyful, difficult, and incredible times of your life. No matter who you are or what journey or type of birth you desire, I can support you.
